I'm still not sure she's dead-dead. I still think Orihime has to do SOMETHING so it makes some kind of sense to me that when she shows up she'll do a miraculous healing job on Hiyori and Hinamori. But idk.

It's not the dead/not-dead I'm ever talking about when I object to 392, it's that Kubo went there. He batters and batters the little thing and except in a flashback omake doesn't ever let her do anything besides suffer. It's bullshit B|

I view her more as a cautionary tale- this is what happens when you fangirl RL. Most of the naive/trusting characters in Bleach have taken a beating for having those qualities. She is just the most extreme. In a way I like it better than the 'girl falls for an evil guy/he changes just for her! because she is so sweet and trusting' thing that sometimes happens.

I could agree with you if I thought that was Kubo's intent but I can't give him that much credit :/

LOL that is true. I have to wait about a billion more chapters to see if there is meaning to all this madness or not. I'm STILL WTFing over the thing where Ichigo allegedly only had 'one shot' however many chapters ago that was. That never went anywhere or was followed up on and it still bugs my OCD tendencies. It's like he was going someplace then totally changed his mind and the mange never got retconned or something. SIGH.

NATO takes over command of military operations in Libya

NATO is taking over command of military operations in Libya from coalition forces, world media reported Sunday.

The UN Security Council imposed the no-fly zone over Libya on March 17, along with ordering "all necessary measures" to protect civilians from Muammar Gaddafi's attacks on rebel-held towns.

The 28 NATO ambassadors met on Sunday to decide on further military plans in Libya.

The United States transfers command for a no-fly zone over Libya to NATO, while coalition forces will continue to protect civilian population from attacks by Gaddafi forces.

The military operation in Libya, codenamed Odyssey Dawn, has been conducted so far jointly by 13 states, including the United States, Britain and France.

NATO members decided on Thursday to assume responsibility for the enforcement of a no-fly zone in Libya, but could not agree on taking full command of all military operations in the country.

Meanwhile, leaders of the 27 European Union states on Thursday issued a statement saying the EU stood ready to assist in building a new Libya "in cooperation with the United Nations, the Arab League, the African Union and others."
